  I had to send the fries back. They were cold and chewy as if they had been sitting for hours. They were short, broken pieces from the bottom of the bag which should have been discarded instead of being served.
  It was obvious upon receiving the fries, without even tasting them, that they should not have been served. Eating a couple of them solidified the fact that the server did not care what she was serving.
  The only reason that I didn't give a one star rating is that the burger was fresh made.
  No excuse for serving the bad fries. Only laziness... They were replaced by fresh cooked fries which were satisfactory.
  The service, other than the server of the fries, was adequate.
